Disputes and Chargebacks

  1. We encourage customers to reach out to our support team for any concerns or issues they may encounter. If you experience any challenges with our services or billing, please allow us the opportunity to resolve them promptly.
  2. Initiating a dispute or chargeback through payment gateways such as PayPal, credit cards, or banks without first contacting our support team will render you ineligible for a refund, even if the cancellation falls within the 30-day Money-Back Guarantee period.
  3. If a dispute or chargeback is initiated by the customer, MdmHost reserves the right to immediately terminate the hosting service, and no refunds will be issued.
